Milwaukee Power!

I finally bite the bullet and upgraded! Today I bought a 2 drill Milwaukee combo set. I'm stoked about it! I have needed a new drill for so long... the old mans Milwaukee just wasn't cutting it anymore, and I wanted and needed one of my own.

I wasn't sure what I was going to end up getting until I got there. I was a toss up between a Milwaukee set and a Mikita. A lot of the guys at work sport Mikitas and they all love them, but I have heard that they have their problems that seem to keep popping up. However my Dad stands behind everything Milwaukee and he has always used them. That being said I took his word, as it is a pretty solid one to listen to, and went with Milwaukee as well... (Like father like son...)

Song of the Night

Angels and Airwaves - Call To Arms

Life is going pretty good for me right now...
This song has nothing to do with that, but it's a really good song... HAHA.

In The Works...

.
I've finely got stuff to blog about, but now have no time to do it! I have a couple on the go now, and I am always thinking of other things to write about while at work. So stay tuned...

- Brad Paisley Concert - COMING SOON!

- Erika and Rebecca's Trip to LB - COMING SOON!
.

Crash! Boom! Bang...

...Is how my morning started out at work today. I had one of the most eventful mornings of work I've ever had, and it probably one of the worst...

I got to the shop just before 7 just like I always do. We got told what we were doing for the day, then we packed supplies, and loaded the vans. Rob and I were a little pissed off while loading the vans this morning because one of the new guys (who happens to be a tit) took it upon himself to take and load Dustin's old van. (as Dustin has left for school for the next 3 months)

Now, this did not sit well with us for a number of reasons. First of all, he has only been working at Neu Lite for about a month. Why would be think that he has the right, or rank to pull a stunt like that?! He's the fucking new guy! He gets the shit jobs and the shit vehicles. That's just how it goes. We were all there! Deal with it. Secondly, he talks shit about it to us. "Too bad guys, Stuffy's van is mine now! Too bad". After he said that, Rob and I almost punched his 6'9'' face into the ground. And lastly, we were driving a van called "The Dent". I am sure you can imagime why it's called the Dent... It's a dented up, rusted piece of shit that can barely do 90...

But whatever, we'll get him tomorrow. All of his shit will be tossed on the ground and he won't have any van to drive (You'll find out why soon)

So now we pack the Dent and we are one of the last crews to leave. I'm driving, Rob is sitting shotgun. We turn right onto 36th Street North to head to West Lethbridge. I get the Dent up to speed (about 60 KPH) and go on our way.

This is where shit goes down...

We are about half a block from the shop when we enter the 36th Street and 9th Ave North intersection and BAM! As we enter the intersection, a red half ton comes flying through, blowing her stop sign, and we slam straight into her! All of a sudden I see a pair of headlights flying at me, so I stand on the brakes as hard as I can, and try to drive around, but there was no chance of avoiding the truck. Our van collides into the side of the truck, T-Boning it.

All I remember is hearing tires screech, flying into the steering wheel, then coming to a stop. Rob smashed into the dash, everything in the cab went flying and we were smashed together with this truck.

We messed the truck up really good. broke off her wheels and smashed the whole front and side up. As for the Dent, the whole front is now smashed in, the bumper is cutting into the tires, and we blew the rad for sure... as fluid was pouring out of it.

She had to be doing 60+ KPH and I was doing just under that. We hit hard. The lady driving didn't even attempt to stop... She later said she was late for work and was in a hurry and forgot about the stop sign (In her defense it is a dumb sign. It is way off to the right, and hard to see.)

So anyway, after we hit, I see if Rob is OK, then we go and check if the other driver is OK. She is absolutely bawling. She wasn't hurt, but clearly very shaken up by the accident. By then numerous vehicles had stopped and had called 911.

About 5 minutes later, a fire truck rolls up with lights going and they all hop out to check us out and to clean the scene and try to get traffic going again. A few minutes later the police show up as well as 2 tow trucks. They also see if we are OK, then get our statements and whatnot...

They get everything they need, the vehicles get towed away, and we get back to the shop to fill out more reports and statements.

It was absolutely crazy. I've never been involved in anything that serious before, or that intense. In the end the only damage was to vehicles, which can all be replaced. Looking back all 3 of us were extremely lucky. If I was a few seconds earlier, she could have easily smashed straight into my door and killed me. Or I could have hit her differently and seriously injured her. Pretty serious stuff... But I am really glad nothing terrible came from it.

What a way to start of a Monday morning hey? HAHA. I'll keep you posted on anything else that may come from this. And it looks like Chad (the tit) will be walking tomorrow, because we ARE taking that van tomorrow, and he ISN'T going to be driving the Dent anytime soon!

Chris Turns 20!

.
It's true, I am now 20... Grey balls. No more of this teenager stuff for this guy. I'm a solid 2 decades, and still going strong.

For such an occasion, I celebrated with my hometown friends in Calgary, and it was an awesome time!

I got away from the city after work at around 5:30 and got to Calgary shortly after. Upon arriving I stopped in at SAIT to see Rebecca and Erika and see what their plans were for the night. They were already to go in there togas and ready to party when I got there. Eric (one of their friends from SAIT) was having a toga party that Friday in his room, and so everyone was going to that.

I said my hellos and whatnot, then I headed over to Kruse Dahls to see what was shaking there.

We all had some drinks then headed out to FATS for some food and drinks before going out. I chilled there for a bit then decided to check out this toga party that was going on.

I headed back to SAIT and craziness ensued...

Seeing how I normally don't wear togas on a day to day basis, I was not wearing one at the time. That being the case, I surely couldn't go to a toga party without actually wearing one. So when I got there, Rebecca, Erika, Laura and I went to Erika's room to fashion me a 30 second toga. We ripped off some sheets, which happened to be leopard print (Erika is a wind one) and tried to make me a toga.... We failed. Corners were hanging down, it fell down, pins were grabbing me, and more importantly it looked nothing like a toga.

So what did I do you ask?!

Jeff! Who just so happens to be Erika's new significant other. He shows up, and it turns out that he is a wize at wrapping a dude in a toga!

I must say, it was awkward... I'm not a shy guy by any means, but it's just a little weird to stand, in only my Under Armour, at let another guy dress me... but whatever. He got it to work, and I was looking good!

Laura, Myself and Adelle in our Togas.

Now that was over, I was ready to go. We headed back to Eric's and partied toga style.

All was good until about 11... when Miss Vause wasn't feeling too good... (Yes... at 11 in the PM) She partied a bit too hard, and was ready to call it a night. She went upstairs and did whatever she had to do to feel better... HAHA! I went up to let some the girls into Erika's room to get stuff as I was in charge of her keys for the night. While there, I checked in on Sicky, and got her some water, as she has done sooo many times before for myself. Then shortly after, everyone was very kindly told to get the hell out of the room!

Now before that, I was planning on crashing on Erika's floor for the night, but after being kicked out, there was no way I was sleeping on the cold hard tile floor of the entrance way... So I decided to call it a night, and made my way back to Kruse-Dahls place.

A cynical and negative blog post was written up, for what reason I don't know... then some serious sleep was had.

At this point I am now officially 20 years old (whoo...)

I wake up the next day ready to go! Me and KD chill at his place for a bit then, I met up with Rebecca, Laura and some SAIT people for some lunch. After that I just killed the day doing some shopping at hanging out.

Now I had absolutely no plans for what everyone was doing for my birthday. I had been texting Erika earlier in the week while I was at work. We were talking about what I should do for my 20th. I then just told her that she has complete control of the plans, and that she had to plan my party. I felt confident that she knew me well enough and that she would plan something I'd have fun doing, but I kinda expected her to just tell some people to come out to a bar with us or something... I was wrong. :|

She went all out! HAHA! At 6 that night, we all headed over to SAIT to meet up. Everyone was ready to head out when she pulls out a mini birthday cake and a birthday card for me from everyone. It was awesome.

We then all piled into Rebecca and Jared's vehicles and headed to play some laser tag! HAHA. Erika booked me 2 rounds of laser tag to play with everyone!

I hadn't played laser tag in years, so it was only appropriate that when I turn 20, I play it again.

Not only was it a blast, but I completely slaughtered everyone! HAHA! Beast (my name in laser tag) PWND anything that moved! It was a very nice start to the night.

After laser tag, my crew, and a bunch of other friends all came out to Shanks to celebrate! If you haven't been or heard of Shanks, it's a giant bar that has tons of different stuff to do. It has bowling lanes, golf, arcade games, TV's everywhere, lots of stuff...

It was so much fun. Erika made it her personal vendetta to get my LOADED that night... and boy did her succeed. We hadn't even been in the bar for more than a minute and I already had a Tequila shot in front of me, and 5 minutes after sitting down, I had a line up of 3 or 4 drinks that people had bought me on my table. I had so much fun there! Everyone just sat around bullshitting and playing games and had a good time. I only bought drinks for other people, and didn't have to buy a single drink for myself! (Birthdays rock) I was running around, and DDR'ing and having a blast. The drinks kept coming, and kept throwing them back! (This makes me sound like such a booze hound... I'm really not... but my blog does not reflect that. FYI...)

At this point in the night I draw a blank... I just remember singing "Don't Matter" really loud on the back to SAIT in Rebecca's car... then I starting to feel iffy...

We apparently got back to SAIT ok, and back up to Erika's room... where I just fell on the bed and was out... until about 10 minutes later, where I suddenly needed to use the gentle mens room...

From what I hear... it didn't sound good... In fact I believe the words "Dying cat" were used to describe it. Whatever, I'm 20! My sickness can sound like whatever I want it to!

In the morning I was woken up by Erika jumping on the bed and singing... I have to admit... I've felt better. I think I drank my entire weight in Mexico's finest the night before...

After forcing myself to get up, I drove Laura back to Rez and I headed back over to Sheridan's place. I hung out there most of the day and played some PS3, then I decided to take off back home at around 6.

I made it home fine, and in good time, and full of the memories of an awesome birthday and I wild night. Thanks to Erika for going all out for my 20th! It was awesome and it meant a lot! I really appreciated it. And also thanks for everyone who wished my a Happy Birthday and for the people to came out to celebrate it with me!

And that's my 20th Birthday! :)

Chris.

My card and my cake!

Brad used to know how to really throw down! HAHA! And I just know that this shirt was part of a regular rotation. I will keep the tradition going, if I can fit into it... WOOO!

My Bookmarks

I pretty much go to the same handful of sites everyday. My e-mail, my blog, moblog, and flickr, Jumo's Blog, Kent and Mitch's moblogs, Digg, Engadget, Penny Arcade, Lethbridge weather, and of course Facebook. But here are my other bookmarks...

  1. Community Savings and RBC Online Banking

  2. Blogger
    • To do all my blogging for your enjoyment!
  3. Chris's Blog
    • My blog... yes, I have it bookmarked
  4. Kent's Blog
    • His old photography site that he doesn't use anymore. He said he was gonna start using it again so I bookmarked it again... only to be let down. It will be deleted Kent if you don't start using it.
  5. Jumo's Blog
    • An amazing read. He's got great things to say and is an excellent writer. Awesome stuff bro! I love it.
  6. Mitch's Blog
    • A seemingly dead blog lately. I make my way over there every once and awhile. He's got mad skillz and keeps me comin' back. Just a blog about... anything. Much like mine. Mitch was the first of my friends to start blogging, and I took after once I moved to Lethbridge.
  7. Flickr
    • Flickr is a great site for posting and sharing photos. The best I've come across yet. It's also what I, and many others use for a moblog (A mobile blog. Somewhere to post camera phone pictures to from you're cell)
  8. Brandon Beradent's Flickr
    • Brandon AKA Big Boppin' Brandon is a wicked photographer. You can see some really great BMX photos at his Flickr.
  9. Mark Esau's Flickr
    • Just some random shots Mark takes. Boys got skill
  10. Chris's Flickr
    • My flickr. I love to take pictures and sharing them with people. This is just some shots I take that I like. A lot of scenery and my motorcycle. HAHA
  11. Mitch's Moblog
    • Mitch Cave's moblog. A glimpse into this mobile life in Calgary.
  12. MitchCave.com | SV650S
    • Mitch's personal website. All about his love, his SV. Lists of mods done to her, lots of pictures, and also he VLog. Which is pretty cool. All done while riding his SV with a mounted camera and in-helmet microphone.
  13. Kent's Flickr
    • Kent Bernadent's moblog. Photographic biography of his life in Kelowna BC
  14. The Weather Network: Lethbridge/Calgary/Shaunavon
    • Put simply, these are the only places I care what the weather is doing on a day to day basis.
  15. 600RR.net
    • A motorcycle forum dedicated solely to the Honda CBR600RR (Best bike out there in my humble opinion.) It's great for getting pretty much any question answered that you have about the machine. Also good for getting ideas for mods and whatnot.
  16. Addiciting Games
    • Yes, I have AG bookmarked... because sometimes you get THAT bored that you just need to play a Flash game where a money throws darts at balloons!
  17. Cloak IP.net
    • For the times you are up to some shady business. It's a site that allows you to surf behind an online proxy server. Worry free about getting your IP tracked!
  18. Digg
    • One of my biggest online addictions. Digg is a social new bookmarking site that is completely editor free. All the stories are submitted and voted on by it's users. If you like a story, you "Digg it". The more diggs a story gets, the higher it's rank gets. If it gets enough diggs, it gets promoted to the homepage. If you ever get to the homepage, you better have enough juice in your servers, because if you don't that sucker is gonna crash! It's an excellent site and was started by one of my idols, Kevin Rose. He IS the man. Dark tipper FTW!
  19. eBay
    • Need I say more? eBay is epic. I do a lot of my shopping on eBay. I usually check eBay first for things I need. If it's not there, I go elsewhere. From jeans to bike parts, It's the best, hands down. Plus getting into a bidding war for something with only minutes to go is almost better than sex! HAHA.
  20. eHow
    • This is a newly found site I came across. It's got tons of online tutorials on how to do different things. From installing tubs to how to cook a turkey. It kinda handy every once and awhile.
  21. Facebook
    • Ah Facebook. How did I get through my day without you? If you haven't heard or are currently not on Facebook, crawl out from under that rock you are living under and get your shit together. It's a great site for keeping in touch with people, posting pictures, and for the odd profile creeping. Don't judge me, you do it too...
  22. Lethbridge Movie Times
    • Google for the win again. Just type into Google "{city} movie times", and it will show you all the movies playing at all the theaters in that city. It's rather handy.
  23. MirrorNation
    • If you don't know, I love Diggnation. Diggnation is a podcast about the social new bookmarking site, Digg.com (That's D-I- Double G . com) It's done by Kevin Rose and Alex Albrecht (Former TechTV hosts). It's pretty much those two guys sitting on a couch somewhere (Usually San Fransisco or LA. The odd Japan or Great Britain) drinking beers and talking about stories from Digg. It's stupidly funny and I love it. I look forward to it every Sunday. I have yet to miss an episode since it's beginning, and am anxiously awaiting Episode 119. Check it out for sure! Anyway, I got off track. You need to download Diggnation to watch it. If you pay a membership fee for Revision3, you can get it on Sunday, if you don't have one, you have to wait until Tuesday... and I hate waiting, and I certainly hate paying for things online. So what do I do? I pirate it off MirrowNation. It's just a site that offers Diggnation on Sunday for all the non-paying viewers. It's uses "mirrors" so it can't be shut down directly. It's great for what I need it to do.
  24. Plyrics
    • THE best site for getting punk lyrics for your songs. I use it all the time. Songs are regularly updated, many times before the songs are actually released.
  25. SASBA
    • Southern Alberta Sport Bike Association. A site for all the sport bike riders in Southern Alberta. Influenced greatly by Saskatchewan Sport Bike Association. Just a great place to talk motorcycles, plan trips and rides, and share info about riding sport bikes, which I love to do.
  26. SSBA
    • Saskatchewan Sport Bike Association. The original. Great site. Another online addiction, introduced to me by Mitch. Same premise as SASBA, but for all the Sask riders.
  27. ShinyStat
    • ShinyStat is an application on my blog that tracks the statistics of the traffic. How many hits I get, how many users are online, what OS they use, how the got to my site, what online browser they are using. It even shows me your ISP (Internet service provider) and location. It's very comprehensive. You get even more features if you pay for the Premium package. If you haven't noticed on my blog it is the blue stat bar at the never bottom of the page. Clicking on it will show you all the different stats about my blog.
  28. Internet Movie Database (IMDb)
    • IMDb is great for finding info on pretty much any movie. Getting reviews, cast listings, plot summaries etc. It's handy.
  29. QuickSilverScreen
    • QSS is a place to watch a bunch of different TV shows online, for free. They have over 408 shows with 6221 episodes. The odd links doesn't work as it is probably very illegal but over all most work fine. Awesome time killer.
  30. Revision3
    • Rev3 is Kevin Roses internet start-up company he created. It hosts many great Tech and Entertainment podcasts and online shows. Also the home Diggnation!
  31. WebMD
    • WebMD is an online medical information site. It has tons of information about anything about health, drugs, diseases, etc. Anything to do with you and your health pretty much. It's nice because you can surf and get information confidentially. So the next time you find yourself saying "What the hell is the red rash?!", hit up WebMD first and go from there! ;)
  32. Webopedia
    • Webopedia is a site that answers many-a-computer question. If you need a tech question answered about what something stands for or what something does or how something works, check out Webopedia.
  33. XE
    • XE is an online currency converter. Simply put. It's fast simple and easy. I used it frequently.
  34. YouTube
    • YouTube is... YouTube. Videos of anything and everything.
  35. Torrents:
    1. BT Torrent.org
    2. isoHunt
    3. The Pirate Bay
    4. Torrent Finder
    5. Torrent Spy
      • All used to find and download torrents for downloads. You can get ANYTHING you want to download off one of these sites. Be it a thousand dollar photo editing program, or Miss Pac Man. Used along side of uTorrent, these sites are great for downloading.
That does it for my bookmarks, for the most part. There are more, very random sites I use, but my list is long enough and many of them are not relevant to anything. Hope you enjoyed my list. Go to them, use them. A lot of them make life easier for you, and you might ever learn a thing or to from them.

A Pay Cheque + An Impulsive Buyer

.
Equals an Xbox 360!

Yeah, I bought a 360 yesterday. I am rather pleased with my new toy. I have wanted one since they came out, but not badly enough to spend $700 to get one. Also, at the time I didn't think I would play it enough to justify spending that kind of money on one.

It all started with a radio ad that I heard all week for Trends Computers here in Lethbridge. They were advertising Xbox 360 consoles for $250. Seeing how I've wanted one, and Halo 3 was just released, that ad interested me. So on Saturday, Jordan, Dustin and I headed down to check it out. Right off the bat, we were disappointed. I didn't see any there, and thought they were sold out. We looked around, and found they were sold out of the $250 360's. But still had a couple of the $350 ones. (It turns out the 250 ones were the base 360, and I wouldn't have gotten it anyway)

So now, I'm pumped and grab one and head to the counter ready to pay and get my 360. When I get there, the guy starts telling me about it. He starts out with "These are the factory refurbished Xbox's..." After I heard those words I have no idea what he said because I didn't care what he had to say. There was no way I was buying a refurbished 360. So I slowly and awkwardly turned and put the former DUD Xbox away.

So I hang my head, and leave. I was all pumped to get a 360... and I don't have one.

Before I went in I wasn't sure if I was actually going to get one or not, but after I decided I was, then did actually get one I was pissed. So now I HAD to go get one.

We looked all over the city to a regular Xbox 360 Premium package, but could we find any? Nope... It turns out that when Halo 3 was released, everyone that didn't have a 360 when out and got one... Much like myself. So the only ones left were the $600 Elites and the $450 Halo 3 Themed Edition.

But, we kept looking and finally came across 2 at EB Games in the mall. They had a premium package 360, Halo 3 and it was a fair price, so I was sold! After a little convincing, Jordan also caved and bought one too!

All in all I got the Microsoft Xbox 360 with a 20 GB HDD. Wireless controller, Xbox Live headset, HD component cables, and a copy of Forza 2. Then I just bought Halo 3 on the side :)

Life wasted Thus Far: Roughly 17 Hours... and counting, and I don't even have Xbox Live or Guitar Hero yet!

Chris: What Has He Been Doing?

Wow... Am I ever just a lazy piece of crap. It's been much too long since I've actually sat down and attempted to string some words together and call it a blog post. I mean sure, I've posted crap like songs and the odd picture, but that gets old. So tonight I told myself that I was actually going to devote some time to writing something up. So here goes...

(This will not read well... or make a lot of sense. Bare with me)

My life right now really only consists of a few things. Work and the weekend. I work all week. Monday to Friday. 7 - 6 (usually). So when I get done, I'm tired and rarely feel like doing anything. My life after 6 during the week is usually me coming home, charging my drill, falling on the couch, eating supper, usually falling asleep on that couch after supper, then watching TV or playing computer until midnight, when in which I spin my chair around take 2 steps and fall into my bed and go to sleep till 10 to 6 in the morning. Repeat.

But when the weekend rolls around! Oh man! Watch out... HAHA

No... If I'm not out with the guys from work doing something stupid or drunk, I am in Calgary... doing something stupid or drunk... HAha.

I pretty much live in Calgary now that everyone is back up there.

4 weeks ago I went up to see everyone right when they moved up. It was nice to see everyone again. We all hung out at SAIT for a bit, then I took off to Kruse-Dahls place. Being the burden I am when I go places, I needed somewhere to stay, and he opened his place up for me (Thanks dude).

Hilarity ensued, drinks were drank and then I went home on Sunday.

I did the same old all week in Lethbridge.

3:00 o'clock Friday afternoon rolls around. Where am I? That's right. Back on the road to Calgary. Only this time I'm flying Double R style! And 15 minutes later I roll into Calgary...

Why go 2 weekends in a roll? No reason really. Just to see friends and have a good time. We all went to a foam party at Tequila the one night (Mock if you will, but if getting loaded, waist high in foam with girls wearing next to nothing and dancing to loud music does not appeal to you, that's something you have to deal with.) Adam got LOSER pissed before we went out, which was a nice change of pace. HAHA! And I again kicked around 'till the last minute then ripped off back to Deathbridge.

I worked all week. Nothing happened. Nothing exciting ever happens...

I forget what I did the next weekend... It must not have been that memorable.

It was Rebecca's 19th Birthday on the 14th, and seeing how she lives in Calgary... I was off again to the city.

We all went out for supper when I got there to a Mexican restaurant with about 15 or so people. I ate some weird food and bought cool drinks and of course did Tequila shots.

When our bill came, it was all on one, and was about $500. So everyone just started taking money out and pooling it together. When this happened, I saw an opportunity to look like a big wheel... I just offered to take the bill and put it all on the Visa... Then have everyone just pay me (My wheel isn't THAT big... HAHA)

This was just easier I thought and in the end I ended up making a couple extra bucks ;)

After supper we went to SAIT for a bit then went out to Coyotes for the night. I think we did stuff there...? I know there as booze... I do know that at the end of the night I was probably a dink and slept in my clothes in Erika's bath robe on the floor of her living room.

In the morning we took off (Kruse-Dahl and I) and just chilled at his place.

It was the Rider/Stamps game that day and everyone was going to it.(which I thought I was going to as well, but that didn't pan out) So everyone got wasted and got ready and went to that, and I was left with not a lot to do. I ended up going to the mall by myself 'till my sister called me and asked if I wanted to come to lunch with her and a few other people. So I did that for a few hours, then after, Carianne, Ashley and I went to Chinook (where I got some "I need to sleep with that guy" shirts) then we went out for some Thai.

That night nothing much went on... Didn't go out, just kicked it, and drank too many Red Bulls and had a really shitty sleep.

The next morning we all went out for Breakfast then I just HAD TO LEAVE because my sister needed to be home... or some shit. And that was the end of the weekend.

This week at work was rather crappy however. The weather took a turn for the worst and it was about 2 degrees and either raining or snowing. And when you work semi-outside, that weather sucks.

But when Thursday rolled around, I had something look forward to. It was the Neu-Lite golf tournament (Yeah... on September 20th...) We worked till noon then all the res crew, some of the digging crew and a couple commercial guys came out to Indian Hills. We played a quick 9 holes in the rain and wind (which wasn't too bad because we were drinking). Me and Stuffco killed against our team. It wasn't even fair! HAha!

After golf, we got a steak dinner and drinks at the club house.

By the end of the night we had racked up a $600 golfing fee, a $750 food bill, and a $2,400 alcohol tab!!! Free booze is awesome! Ended the night at the peelers, and I was drove home by Jordan (He's a life saver - Literally) at 11. I had a quick 6 hours of sleep then got dropped off at work the next morning, still a little drunk I think, and worked the worst day of work in my life. Drinking during the week is the devil! Especially when it isn't costing you anything!

As for this weekend, I am STILL sick (Thanks Rebecca! HAHA) and I am not looking to do anything. I need to get over whatever sickness I've gotten myself. Let the pills do their thing, and more importantly, not drink anything.

So there. That's my update for you. I'll try and keep up with stuff from now on.

Have a good one!
Chris.

Ugh

I keep writing these things, but I never get any of them done. I really do try and post new stuff as much as I can, but I either get tired, or they aren't turning out as I want them to, so they get saved to drafts... I will get some of them published one of these days. Maybe once I'm feeling a bit better. But for now I'm going to bed.

Goodnight.

Keeper

.
Yellowcard - Keeper

You have no idea how much I am loving this song. Lyrics mean everything. Read them. Better yet, go buy the album and listen to it. The whole thing is unreal.

"I wish i could be,
Somebody else.
I wish i could see,
You and myself.
I wish there was something inside me,
To keep you beside me.
And say,
What you really feel.
You know i need,
Something that's real.
I wish there was something inside me,
To keep you beside me.

I wanna know if i could be,
Someone to turn to,
That could never hurt you.
But i know what you think of me,
You had a breakthrough,
And now i'm just bad news for you."
